It's amazing the mixture of critique and praise we receive from the Christian community. One e-mail testifies of the fruits of our labor, while others seem to condemn our efforts to the darkest region of Hell. The Church truly does have its share of diversity - in Spiritual maturity, mindset, culture, theological slant, and more. Although we try to come to the same conclusion, it never ceases to surprise me when fellow believers come from left field.

I am sure the apostles, and perhaps even Jesus, felt this way as they went about doing the work of the Kingdom. Still, I wish sometimes that we could agree and be of one mind and spirit.

I'm sure we'll be waiting for that until Jesus comes, but it doesn't hurt to hope, pray, and try.
